Each suite has dining tables both inside and outside on the terraces. The bathrooms are indulgent. Leading directly from a terrace in the oldest part of the house, this suite has a cotto and chestnut beamed ceiling. The mellow stone walls are adorned with tapestries and Gubbio ceramics. There is a small kitchen corner with hob and fridge. In the opposite corner is a traditional fireplace made with local coppi, the ideal place to curl up and relax. The large bathroom is modern with a double shower and separate bath.

Under chestnut and cotto ceilings the ancient brick arches divide the spaces in the suite. A well equipped kitchen corner is provided, and the large bathroom has a double walk in shower.
With windows to both east and west to take advantage of the rising and setting of the sun this suite is located in the upper floor of the central part of the house. A private loggia leads into the living room with traditional fireplace and wood burning stove, and a well equipped kitchen corner. A comfortable sofa-bed provides accommodation for a second couple if required. A large bathroom withdouble showers is accessed from both the living room and bedroom.
